This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores nothing in your browser's local storage or session storage, and it uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no embedded social media widgets.
That is why there is no cookie banner. A banner asking permission for things that are not happening would be meaningless. Your answers to the questionnaire are held in the page's memory while you work through it and are gone when you close the tab.
Consent rules cover more than cookies. They apply to storing information on your device or reading information already stored there. The statement above is about all of it, not only cookies.
The landing page loads two things from other providers, and a third only if you open the booking calendar after sending the form. Your browser contacts them directly. They receive your IP address and basic information about your browser, which is unavoidable whenever a browser fetches a file from a server.
