Privacy Notice

Version: 2.0 · Effective: 24 October 2026

This notice explains how Peer Casper Gabriel Jülich, operating this website under the name Mango Studio, handles personal information when you visit this website, ask us to check what ChatGPT and Google say about your business, or communicate about your request.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us

Peer Casper Gabriel Jülich
Im Dorfe 11
29490 Neu Darchau
Germany
info@mangostudio.ai

No data protection officer has been appointed. Write to the address above for any question about this notice or any request concerning your data.

2. Information you provide

When you answer the four questions and send the request form, the following is collected:

Nothing is transmitted while you answer the questions. Your answers stay in your browser until you press the send button on the final form. If you close the page before that, nothing reaches us.

Later correspondence about your request, and the audit produced for you, also contain personal information and are covered by this notice.

3. Technical information

This website is hosted on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare receives every request to this site, including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and information your browser sends such as its type and language. This is unavoidable for delivering a website and for protecting it against attacks and abuse.

Country estimate. When the request form opens, the page asks the Cloudflare edge which country the connection appears to come from, and pre-selects that country's dialling code in the WhatsApp field. This happens on the hosting platform that already serves the page. No separate location service or data broker is involved, and the estimate is not stored separately from your submission. It is an estimate based on the network connection, not proof of where you live. It is offered as a convenience and you can overwrite it.

Fonts and the phone-number field. The landing page loads fonts from Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry, delivered over the Bunny.net network) and the international phone-number component from the jsDelivr network. Your browser contacts those providers directly, so they receive your IP address and basic browser information. These pages, the legal pages, load no external resources at all.

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser for tracking. If you open the booking calendar after sending the form, Calendly sets its own cookies. See the Cookies and similar technologies page.

4. Purposes and legal bases

PurposeLegal basis
Preparing the audit you asked for, sending it to you, and communicating with you about your request. Where you ask for the audit for yourself, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where you ask on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you sent us, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Deciding how we follow up on your request (a call offer, follow-up messages, or results only), based on a score calculated from your answers (see section 10). Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interest is using limited time to answer first the requests where a conversation is most likely to help.
Keeping a record of the request, including which version of the notice was shown to you and when the request was received. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interest is being able to show what we told people at the time.
Operating and protecting the website, including hosting logs and defence against abuse. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interest is keeping the site available and secure.

We do not run a newsletter, and asking for an audit does not sign you up to one. We do not use your details for unrelated advertising and we do not upload them to advertising platforms.

5. How the audit is prepared

The audit examines how AI assistants and AI-driven search systems describe, compare and recommend a business or a personal brand. Preparing it involves looking at publicly available information about your business, such as your website and public profiles, and putting questions about your business to AI assistants and search systems in order to observe what they answer.

Where your business is a personal brand, or where your name is part of how your business is found, that information is personal data even though it is public. Public availability does not remove protection.

We do not enter your phone number into AI services as part of producing the audit.

6. Service providers and other recipients

Your submission travels the following path, and the following organisations are involved:

RecipientRoleWhat it receives
Cloudflare Website hosting, network delivery and protection All website traffic, including IP address and request details
n8n (n8n Cloud) Automation platform that receives the submission from the website The complete submission: answers and contact details
Google (Google Sheets) Where the record of your request is stored The complete submission
Telegram Notifies the operator that a request has arrived The complete submission
Calendly Shows the booking calendar to requests in the first group (section 10), only after you tap to open it Your IP address and browser information, the name you entered, a request identifier and the link source, and whatever you enter when booking
Fontshare / Bunny.net, jsDelivr Deliver fonts and the phone-number component to your browser Your IP address and basic browser information when the landing page loads. They receive no form data.
WhatsApp (Meta) Carries the messages we exchange with you about your request. If you write to us by email, for example to exercise your rights, the email providers involved carry those messages. The content of those messages

Your submission is not sold. It is not passed to other businesses for their own marketing.

7. International processing

Several of the organisations above are based outside the European Economic Area, or process data outside it, including Cloudflare, Google, Telegram, Meta and Calendly. The specific transfer mechanism relied on for each recipient is being documented. If you want to know the current position for a particular recipient before you send anything, write to info@mangostudio.ai and ask, and please do not submit the form until you have an answer you are comfortable with.

8. How long information is kept

A fixed retention schedule has not yet been settled, and this notice will not claim one until it matches what actually happens. In the meantime, the criteria are these: the record of your request and our correspondence is kept while your request is being handled, and afterwards for as long as it is useful for follow-up questions about the audit or required for a legal reason such as tax or defending a claim. When neither applies, it is deleted.

Copies exist in more than one place: the automation platform's execution history, the spreadsheet, the Telegram notification and the messages themselves. A deletion request is handled across all of them. You can ask for deletion at any time using the contact details in section 1.

9. Your rights and choices

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

You can also tell us at any time to stop contacting you about your request, and we will stop. Write to info@mangostudio.ai. We may ask you something to confirm it is really you, and we will keep that check proportionate.

If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to a supervisory authority. The competent authority for this operator is:

Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen
Prinzenstraße 5
30159 Hannover
Germany

If you live in another country, you can also complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work.

10. Automated processing

When you send the form, our server adds up points for your four answers and sorts the request into one of three groups. The group decides how we follow up: requests in the first group are offered a call booking straight away, and we may message you on WhatsApp if you have not booked; requests in the second group receive the results on WhatsApp and up to two follow-up messages; requests in the third group receive the results only. The score only decides how we follow up. It has no legal effect on you and does not affect you in a similarly significant way. You can object to it at any time under Article 21 GDPR by writing to info@mangostudio.ai.

Apart from this, no automated scoring, ranking or profiling is applied to you, and no decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you by automated means.

11. Information for people outside Germany

This website is available worldwide and the audit is offered worldwide. This notice describes one standard for everyone, based on the GDPR, because the operator is established in Germany. Your own country's law may give you further or differently named rights. If you want to exercise a right that is not listed in section 9, write to us and say which right you mean and where you are, and we will deal with it on its merits.

12. Changes to this notice

This is version 2.0, effective 24 October 2026. When it changes materially, the version and date at the top change, and the record kept of each request notes which version was shown at the time.
